With all the beautiful colors in Mexico, I opted for neutrals in my outfit. The floral pattern on this black and white dress was fun but didn’t try to compete with the vibrant color palette in Puerto Vallarta. With a cross-body, sandals and aviators, I was good to go for a walk into town (even through some beach areas) and through the cobblestone streets of the city. It being my first time in Puerto Vallarta, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was surprised by the buzzing scene of shops and restaurants – visited by both tourists and locals. We wandered around the streets taking photos for hours, and finally stopping for a delicious lunch (tacos are my favorite). My goal was to see the Our Lady of Guadalupe church and we got a little lost on the way but it definitely made for more of an adventure than anything. In the end we found it and toured the area for a little – beautiful art galleries and we even stopped to take a look at Cafe des Artistes.
Being back in LA, I’m missing vacation but excited to wear this dress again soon!
